Expert Advice

Access to expert advice is offered when the client asks to be advised on a specific matter, either for the purposes of issuing a particular report or to assist the client in the design and implementation of a specific action.

Expert advice is usually requested when a client encounters a more or less immediate need to acquire knowledge of the markets or some necessary skill that companies do not normally require for their ordinary day-to-day business.

For example, the need to value a company or seek advice on mergers and acquisitions processes does not normally arise more than once or twice in a company’s lifetime, and it is not common for a company to have the knowledge and skills necessary to complete these processes successfully.

This service can also be used when there are important reasons for work to be outsourced, or when a particular process requires that a certain level of impartiality be displayed to the parties involved.

In all these cases, our involvement is tailored to the specific requirements for which it was requested.

Some common examples of this kind of consulting service include:

  • The planning of specific immediate actions
  • Due Diligence
  • Company Valuations
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Conflict Mediation
  • Internal Monitoring Systems
  • Risk Monitoring and Control
