In any merger, acquisition, shareholding or company sale transaction, one of the first steps required as part of the supporting procedure is the due diligence process, which consists of an exhaustive analysis of the business forming the subject of the transaction.
This type of report is complementary to the audit report, since it analyses all the areas of a company’s business from many perspectives in a multidisciplinary way.
