An Strategical Consultancy is defined as tha one that takes into account the way the objectives of the company are achieved, examines, weighs and evaluates them, so that charts a way forward, with all activities necessary to meet those goals.
In our case, we do not only stay in the strategic design phase, but also we put up the implementation of the plan and search for a proper monitoring.
To this end, we have our own methodology, which distinguishes between analysis, in-depth project and post-intervention follow-up, where, in addition, the in-depth project has five classic steps.
